Founded by Tracy, a registered psychotherapist (qualifying), Reasoning 1o1 Therapy draws on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change, therapy here is about more than coping—it’s about growth, rediscovery, and transformation.
