My name is Tracy, and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Certificate in Concurrent Disorders from the University of Toronto/CMHA. Growing up in Jamaica, I discovered a deep passion for helping others—whether by offering a listening ear or being a calm presence on someone’s hardest day. That early passion grew into a professional calling.​
